3D PRINTED JEWELRY

Jewelry is not only about design – it´s also about the technique as such. After all, jewely is a handicraft. Meeting the young Berlin-based designer couple Nicole Nitz and Sandro Schieck at Inhorgenta last year I was fascinated since then by their 3d printed jewelry. Curious about how the jewelry actually feels like, they sent me their collection.




Pasha de Cartier

There are tiny feminine watches and there is the Pasha de Cartier. As I have a thing for big, bold watches, this watch by Cartier is one of my favorite – it´s the watch that I´m wearing nearly every day since my 19th birthday. The 42mm timepiece with black clock face has a rubber covered strap and not wearing it makes me feel naked. The crown has a removable metal cap and is bejeweled with a sapphire. So in order to adjust the time, on has to unscrew and screw back




The Collier de Chien, often referred to as CDC, is the most iconic jewelry piece by the Parisienne fashion house. The equestrian inspired brand invented the CDC not for its female customers but originally for a bulldog of one of their clients in Paris in 1923.




Michaud – Verbier´s finest Jeweler

I spend a lot of  time in Verbier, Switzerland. For me it´s a very magical place that I come to since I can remember.  A few years ago an unique jeweler called Michaud opened a store in Verbier. For the over 100 year old jeweler
